That's bad. It makes you wonder if they spend time in the warehouse going "Hey Bill! Catch this one!" I'm surprised that they responded to you at all. I had a package delivered to a neighbor and only after she brought it to me did I find out what happened. FedEx never did respond to my phone calls or emails.
