My Tip of the Day

If you are like me and have a fascination for scouring flea markets, thrift stores and swap shops for pretty dishes, be wary of putting them in the microwave.

Truthfully, I should have known better. What I thought was just "gold" detailing was really gold detailing. Ooops. The dish is ok and the microwave is ok, but I don't think I'll try that again.

If in doubt about your pretties, don't nuke them.

Although, it does make pretty sparks in the microwave.

Sure. I'm always on the look out for new friends as well. Just a warning, I've got days where I just want to bitch and gripe about how life sucks.
