Another day, another dollar

fancytalkIt's 10 a.m. and I'm ready to go back to bed. That seems to be standard for Monday mornings though. I thought that I was going to get a little sneaky early morning nap in before I started my work for the day, but I heard my mobile ringing. Most likely not for me since I'm still getting calls for the person who previously had my number three years ago. However, instead of ignoring the ring, I answered it. Surprise! it really was for me! My friend Babs from Virginia. She got engaged over the weekend! Yay!
All that reminds me that I need to finish catching up on my correspondence. I've got emails that have been sitting in my inbox, read but not replied. I did manage to write a few letters this weekend AND actually mail them. I might have even gotten a birthday card for my friend Dave out in time to make it before his birthday.
I've got a sad little cat draped across my arm making typing a little difficult. I'll try this typing thing later when I'm not so encumbered.
