Boo!

Did I scare you?

I have returned! I've been back since Friday, but facing the computer has been a little frightening. I did wade through all the email. Luckily a lot of it was plain ol' junk that I could delete away. I'm still making it though LJ.

I didn't really think that my sleep schedule would be as screwed up as it is coming back from Australia. I'm not a napper. However, since returning if I lay down and just close my eyes, I'm out. I am trying to force the Pacific Coast schedule, but it's not working just yet.

I need to go buy my Halloween candy. I love the trick or treaters. I also need to post about the Australia trip. I'll do that later after I wake up some more.

Sleep is certainly the best way to combat jet lag. I know when I arrived in Germany it was about 5 am. I looked around until about 3pm and then decided to sleep for an hour. Woke up at midnight, thought "yeah can sleep for another 7 hours" did so and avoided jet lag completely.
