fancytalkI'm off to Elephant Pharmacy to get the dog's medication. Hopefully it won't start raining again while I walk up there.
I'm also in search of a recipe for Tofu Salad or more specificallly plum vinaigrette for tofu salad. There are a couple of vegetarian restaurants that we go to that serve this beautiful tofu salad with shredded cabage, tofu, carrots, mint and some peanuts. Tasty stuff. It's the plum vinaigrette that makes it though. Google isn't much help because all I find are "egg" salad type recipes.
Nothing much going on today. Maybe something interesting will happen later.
