Why I wanted to know

about what would make a lemon angry.

My honey and I were goofing off a few weeks ago and were talking about what we'd name a band if we had one. Given that I have a huge amount of lemons that need to be picked and aren't very happy right now, I said "Angry Lemon" for a name. No, not "The Angry Lemon" or "Angry Lemons" just Angry Lemon. Well, I personally think the name is kind of catchy and thought about what else I could do with it. Book title maybe? And I think I have an idea floating around in my head. I'll let you know if I flesh it out anymore.

While waiting in line at the 9:30 Club over the weekend, I annonced to Greg that if I had a band, we'd be the Silver Cab Assassins. (There was a taxi parked across the street with "Silver Cab Ass'n" painted on the door.)

He proceeded to remind me that, although that was a good name, I'm already in a band, and we're supposed to be working on stuff for the family reunion at the end of the month. Does Angry Lemon want to open for us?

I like Silver Cab Assasins. It's got a nice ring to it too. So does the band that is practicing for the family reunion have a name?

I want to be in a band called "Abandoned car alley". It came about as my former best friend, Dickboy, is gay. He always used to drive past the beats (gay pick-up toilets) during the night and there were always 10 or so cars with no-one in them. Hence I coined the term "Abandoned car alley".
