Sometimes my brilliance astounds even me

fancytalkI finally understand why San Francisco feels isolated.
Most of my friends (well, the people who have been with me since way back when) live on the east coast.
With the exception of NY, I've always been able to hop in the car and drive 3 hours in any direction and go hang out with someone I can have silent conversation with.
Which is why, never mind I don't want to get too sappy.
My mood probably has a lot to do with the fact that my birthday is coming up and once again the people that I would really like to hang out with on my birthday aren't anywhere in the vicinity.
