My Weekend

RTL didn't work on Friday so we made much of the weekend by finally replacing the gate into the backyard. The previous one was literally falling off the hinges. It was also doing a lot of damage to the rose bush that was trying to grow through and around the wire. I still need to add a latch to the gate and finish weeding around the rose, but it looks very good.







These are the tulips that RTL brought back from Aasmeer.



AND I also fixed the dishwasher. No more water spraying all over the butler's pantry, none dripping into the sink/onto the floor. Water goes into the dishwasher and clean dishes come out. This is happiness for me.

Hey! Love the gate/pergola and the tulips are very pretty. I like the purpley color of the ones on the bottom step. And I'm glad your dishwasher is behaving again. Appliances are much nicer when they work like they're supposed to.
