Where to go?
Mar. 27th, 2006 04:43 pmSince Ireland has now been moved to another time, where should we go in May/June?
Suggestions?
I suppose cost isn't really a factor. Well, it is sort of but not really.
I'm looking at Alaskan cruises or laying on a beach in Hawaii. The two things that we've decided we will do while we are on the west coast.
It will be high season in Europe, but who cares. Maybe something more exotic.

Date: 2006-03-28 07:29 pm (UTC)I've heard the same thing Dana has about Alaska - cruising the Inside Passage is supposedly one of the better ways to experience the area, especially if you can combine that with time spent inland on either side of the trip.
Australia is high on my personal list of places to visit. My brother-in-law spent 6 weeks there a couple of years ago and had a fantastic time. I'm jealous. :)

Date: 2006-03-29 09:16 am (UTC)I would love to check out Alaska. In actual fact I do, one day, want to have seen every country. I've been lucky so far, but there is still so much left to see.
