Rain, rain, go away

It's raining, raining, raining today.
I need some sunshine and warm weather.
And some motivation.
I have none today.
My brain has to think up an idea for dinner.
It ain't working too well.
It's kind of like opening the closet and telling yourself that you have nothing to wear.
That's the pantry and fridge right now. I have nothing to eat.
But for some reason, nothing else will fit on any of the shelves. Go figure.

No worms today. I could actually take post-weeding pictures if there is a break in the rain.

I'm also thinking about being mean and having the guy who is parked in front of my driveway towed.
That would be really mean.
But he wouldn't be parked in front of my driveway anymore.

Here's a question - more of that wedding etiquette stuff -
If I buy a gift and take it to a shower and I'm not planning on going to the wedding, do I have to buy another present?

Wedding presie wise - Agree with the others. A card is more than sufficient - unless its a close friend or relative - in which case you should be at the wedding :)

RE: The drievr whose car is blocking your driveway - I'd ask him to shift it onec and once alone. If he still keeps doing the same selfish/tactless stuff - fuck him/her and call the truck to remove his vehicle.

You are going to ruin my no-wedding-attendance streak with talk like that. There are some relatives that you avoid like the plaque. I think I've got most of them.

I didn't have to do a thing and I believe he learned his lesson with the parking tickets for blocking the drive. Yep, feeling very gleefull about that.
