How is it that nothing exciting happens around here until Ronette leaves for a trip?

Besides the parking lot of a street this afternoon, I can hear a couple of people out in the street having a yelling match. Something about "why did you honk your horn at me?" vs "I wasn't honking at you". No idea. But there is always some kind of mishap going on out there when I'm home alone. Weird.

Oooh. Neighborhood entertainment and you have a front row seat! We had strange guys pull a bunch of cars up in fornt of our house a few weekends ago and run around after each other in the street, yelling and screaming. I watched it all from the porch. Very amusing, after I decided I wasn't going to get shot...

That would have been fun.

What I like the most is the high schoolers who decide that the middle of the street is the best place for altercations. And they always pick the spot right in front of the house. I can watch from the window.

Yay. I'm glad somebody's still awake to talk to!

I forget that you are three hours ahead of me.
I was thinking about going to bed, but I was waiting to see if Ronette was going to call. I guess it would help if I checked the time zone difference between here and Copenhagen.

That is why it's so great that you are three hours behind. You're likely up when I can't sleep! However, if you are headed to bed, by all means, continue. I will sit here and play mahjongg till my head drops.

Well, you see, I'm sitting here playing Tarot and yelling at the computer when I lose. Not quite ready for bed, but not motivated to do anything else like wash the dishes that need to be washed.

Oh, poo. Why wash dishes at 11:30? The only person they're bothering is you. That is one of the special privileges of being home alone.

What on earth is Tarot, and where do I find it? I need a new addiction.

Good Lord! I looked up Tarot games on Google and there are 14,000 different variations specific to a bunch of different countries. I'm reading a general explanation of all of them.

this (http://www.pagat.com/tarot/frtarot.html) is the version that I'm playing.

I had a crazy French teacher in high school who thought it was cool to teach us slang, dirty words, and made us play games in French.

Oh, you'd like Tarot because it's French. ;)

Hmmmm, I'll have to go check for an online site. I've got a Hoyle card games that I'm currently playing it on.

In which quadrant of Berkeley do you live, anyway? (If it's not too forward of me to ask.) I'm in north Berk (a couple blocks north of campus) and even though it's residential and pretty quiet, we still get crazies who drive by and happen to pick our block to yell at each other.

I'm a couple of blocks off MLK on Channing. I think that makes me central Berkeley. I'm right on the edge of the downtown Berkely map that the city distributes. The high school is right around the corner. Far enough from campus to avoid the football crowds, but still close enough that I'm surrounded by Berkeley students.

Surely you didn't expect me to resist?!

So it is fair to say people appear to get horny when you are home alone eh?

ROFLMAO!

And violence somehow goes with horny-ness, so yeah, it would be fair to say that.
