I hate FedEx

Yes, that's right FedEx. I hate your company. I would prefer that when I purchase things online that the company does not use FedEx, but sometimes I have to suffer. And suffer I do because you can never deliver anything to my house on time, if at all. Today's undelivered package is just one of many examples. Tomorrow we'll see if the track record improves. I doubt it.

OMG. When we moved across the country we used FedEx to ship some of our things. They totally destroyed our boxes of artworks (including a vintage, irreplacable Greatful Dead poster), and then they LOST the box after they came and picked it up to examine it. Then they didn't want to pay for it. I finally had to write a nastygram to the V.P. before they decided to pay us. I HATE FEDEX!!!!
