On a music kick
Mar. 6th, 2008 04:49 pmSince I'm on a music kick and have successfully swapped a ton of cds on SwapaCD, which means I have credits that are burning a hole in my pocket, I have a question for the great LJ braintrust.
I'm looking to fill gaps in my music collection. Instead of sitting here and paging through pages of posted cds I'd like an idea of bands/singers to look for. I want to know those albums that are must haves, things that a music collection can't live without. I started going through Rolling Stones Top 500 all time albums and realized that I'm not a big fan of some of the groups or already have the album. I'm not going to go all willy nilly and collect everything, but I do want some ideas of new/old music. So what ideas have you guys got?
