I bought bed risers. Not to be able to store things under the bed, but so my dog can sleep under the bed without having to do the combat belly crawl in order to get under. She still has to do a little limbo, but now without the rug burn.

i need those too, my dog sleeps under the bed also. she doesn't have any trouble sliding under, but she is getting older so risers are probably the polite thing to do...

I couldn't get Bonnie out from under the bed yesterday after I put the bed up.
