fancytalkDid I tell you guys that I was making my own cheese? We went to a cheesemaking workshop through Seattle Free School. Which meant that we had to go to the brew store to buy cheesemaking supplies. We haven't tackled anything more difficult than chevre but I'm thinking feta is the next step up.
