So even though I was up at the crack of dawn, I'm in a pretty good mood today.

I would really like to go outside and spin in a circle until I fall down.

Ok that was the first time I have ever used the quote button. I wont bother again, I assumed (wrongly) it would at least put the quoted section in itallics or something!
