I'm baking carrot cake for RTL's birthday.
Should I go with the healthy version?
or should I go all out and make it taste as good as it looks?

How does one make carrot cake bad short of turning it into chocolate cake? (Which is not a bad thing let it be said *GRIN*).

Have you ever tried to make a low-fat carrot cake? It's ok, but it's not as good as when you make it when the half dozen whole eggs and real sugar and all the stuff that you should eat in moderation.
Of course, I could have added chocolate chips to the carrot cake . . .
