Going to the pool! I've got water PT today!!! Woo Hoo! Woo Hoo!
I guess that means I need to go put on my bathing suit, so I can head out the door and not sit here and play on LJ until I'm late.

Can I just say that I love physical therapy?
Call me weird, but I love it.
And I adore my physical therapist.
She's fantastic.
And I love our health insurance.
My back is feeling better.
Not 100%, but way better.
AND the numbness in my toes is going away.
Yay!
