The Cure for Boredom is Curiosity.

Well, Dr. Pearce has technically released me from his care. I still have 7 weeks of no bending, twisting, lifting or straining but I start physical therapy tomorrow. So hopefully I will be in much better shape after all the spine strengthening stuff I'll learn. Even better, I can go swimming. Nothing fancy, but I can get in the water and do a few laps across the pool. Now I just need to buy another bathing suit. I'm feeling much less constrained. Although, someone asked me the other day if I was tempted to bend over. My answer - no. I'd kind of like to maintain my 5% or less chance of recurrence rather than making it jump to 85% recurrence. So if there's a million dollars sitting in front of me, I'm going to ask someone else to pick it up. ;)

I'm sick.
