I've been listening to George Carlin's book Brain Droppings.
At the end, he invites the listener to "come over to [his] house and listen to [him] type".
Even adding "you're perfectly welcome to do so".
Could this be a legitimate offer?
I'd really like to find out by showing up at his doorstep and seeing if I would be invited in. I'd even bring the book as reference to the invitation.

Now, we just have to figure out where he lives in L.A.

I would visit...Then again, given I am the guy who ordered 4 servings of "smiles" from the McDonalds menu board (They were free) and when refused, demanded to speak to the manager and GOT THEM, this shouldn't be a great surprise ;).

You didn't!

OMG! I love that.
I'm going to go order smiles from McDonalds now.
